Defying age is work in progress.  The fountain of youth is still to be found.  But skin rejuvenation can pretty well be our fountain of youth for the moment.  Rejuvenation begins in the inside.  It is the reflection of one’s health level.  Children have rosy cheeks.  Their life energy is high.  As one ages and do not properly feed the body one losses the glow.  And in time makeup becomes the instant replacement.  That could be a dooming scenario.  Scary.  But some people no matter how old they get, are still beautiful.

Wash and clean face.  Then apply skin care that will increase skin’s moisture content, stir up collagen production and encourage skin’s natural defenses to work double time to for its own protection.  Reduction of skin blemishes and break outs is an added advantage with the regime.  And every skin rejuvenation routine comprises antioxidants and sunscreens to constantly care for and restore to health the skin from sun damage.  Because no anti- aging skin care treatment can succeed without using sufficient protection against the sun.    To prep up the regimen, exercise of face muscles can be of great assistance.  This is advisable for sagging skin.

Another outstanding group of elements that balances anti-aging skin care treatment through the regimen are products that contain rejuvenation ingredients such as Vitamin C, an excellent antioxidant, kinetin and copper peptides among others.   It is of significance that the skin be given enough time to heal itself.   Finally as in health and other health problems and wellbeing, eating a balanced diet will stand the test of time.
