There are a lot of skin cares known and sold in the market.  But the perhaps the best and sweetest of them all is skin care with honey.  As we all know honey is the nectar collected from flowers by the bees and stored in hives as food.


But honey has been in used also as a beauty aid and effective at that!   The content of honey range from waxes, sugars and dashes of minerals.  This is perhaps why honey can be found in many of the beauty products available in the market today.  Honey is a natural humectant which makes it suitable for all types of skin.  It has a built in moisturizer which when applied to the skin makes it soft, supple and velvety.  It helps prevent dry skin and dull lifeless hair.  A skin ages, it loses it ability to retain moisture and it becomes dried and wrinkled.  Honey has such hydrating properties that it is ideal to use with moisturizing products.

As such may be quite true, honey has proven that with its chemical properties known to give a more youthful and glowing skin, they’re not for your drink alone. They can even be applied directly to your face.
