Everybody wants to look pretty and glamorous while partying. To be a great party beauty with not an ounce of flesh out of place one need to exercise and follow a strict diet regime. Besides exercising and dieting one should prepare yourself a week in advance preceding any big event you have to attend.

And here is the preparation plan to flaunt a great celebrity skin:

Face and skin: In case of a dry skin, massage the skin with cod liver oil before going to bed. Take a tablespoon of strawberries and mix in equal quantity of milk cream every alternate day, apply on the face, leave for half an hour and remove with tap water. It makes the skin soft and smooth and removes tiny wrinkles. Also, use foundations and eye shadow to get a glow on your face. Acrylic nails and nail art continue to rule the fashion scene particularly gold foil and metallic varnish colours on nails and French manicure. Using crystals on the teeth is the latest fashion culture with the glitterati.

Body: Keep it honed and toned with diet and exercise. For a beautiful body one needs to eat vegetable and drink plenty of water & fruit juices especially those of carrots, which is generally available in winter. It helps convert dry and rough skin into silky smooth skin and works as a natural blusher which works from within by purifying the blood. One need to take additional care if it is a winter season as the skin will suffer from the ills of this season. A host of skin care products are available in the market. If the lips have become dry and cracked, then apply a thin film of pure clarified butter mixed with a pinch of salt on them every night before you go to bed. In case of black & rough hands and feet, dip them for 15 minutes in warm salted water. Apply a thin layer of Vaseline over them before going to bed. One can also wear soft socks before sleeping.

Hair: If the hair is dry, massage them every alternate day with warm coconut oil and then wash them with egg shampoo. The last rinse should be juice of one lime added to 2 cups of warm water. Now-a-days the hair is becoming shorter, bolder and brighter and youngsters are going in for razored, layered and textured hair. Straight hair has also made a come back and the latest in styling technique is colouring. The most fashionable hair colour is red with purple and orange are also not far behind.
