Numerous conditions can lead towards critical damage to the hair shaft. That part of the hair extending out of the scalp.  This noticeable part of the hair, exposed as it is to a great extent and a good number affected by cosmetics and hair treatments. Physical and cosmetics can in one or way another contributes to the weathering of the hair.  But to recognize the kind of damage that attacks the hair shaft is to discern the structure of the hair shaft. There are three layers that comprise the hair shaft root. We have the cuticle, medulla and cortex.  The innermost layer is the medulla which can be found only in big terminal hairs. The medulla is not always in all hair strands so resulting outcome of cosmetics and fashioning is negligible. The medulla is accountable for the maximum stretching force of the hair.  On the other hand, the cortex is sheltered by the cuticle.  This is composed of six layers of compressed overlapping cells from the root to the tip of the hair. Normally the flattened surface of the cuticle makes possible light to permeate the cortex. This is the part of the hair shaft that can be severely damaged by physical and cosmetics factors. In turn damaged cuticle cannot anymore protect the cortex which is now subjected to harmful environmental aspects.

Over processing of hair products can caused a lot of damage to the hair is hard to remedy. The only thing that can be possibly done is to cut the damaged part. Another cause of damaged hair is bubble hair. This is a key hair shaft problem. This is also due to in appropriate use of fashioning aids.  he extreme use of heat during drying and styling makes for bubble hair. With the bubble condition the hair becomes weak and most often than not the hair snaps.Frequent frosting is also another cause of bubble hair. And the only way to get rid of bubble hair is to stop altogether the usage of heat and chemicals. The best approach is to cut damaged hair and wait and hope for the re-growth of new hair.

We have to understand that several of these hair faults are because of extreme sprucing. Perceptibly, moderate hair grooming and hair treatment can help avoid hair damage. If destructive physical processes are mixed with harmful chemical procedures then we have double jeopardy. The upshot is on no account better than the original, beautiful undamaged hair.
