The feet are probably the most beaten part of the body.  It has been abused by wearing branded tight fitting shoes; bump toes from kicking and walking demands.  And probably the most taken for granted, just because the feet are down there and covered most of the time.


  But beautiful healthy feet these days are regarded as a necessity.  People have come to the realization that if they want a beautiful body it might as well include the feet.   From head to toe beautiful lifestyle requires beautiful healthy feet.   When feet are unhealthy the rest of the body will suffer as well from a variety of health problems.  Beautiful and healthy feet will take you anywhere you go without much hassle.

Keep in step with your feet by pampering them from time to time and you pamper yourself as well. Pedicure starts with disinfecting by soaking the feet in a tub of relaxing water.  Then scrub using a squirt of foot scrub lotion and massaged into feet.   Then buff with pumice stone.  The procedure continues by removing old nail polish, trimming, cleaning and filing nails.  Then rinse the feet to remove all the dust.  Moisturize with your favorite lotion and massage the feet slowly.  This will work wonders for your entire system.   Moisturizers hydrate and nourish to avert excessive dryness and roughness.  It softens the skin and feels like walking on “air”.  

Nail polish on toenails dresses up feet fashionably.  Additional base coat will improve the durability of the finish.  It will eventually avoid the chipping off and leave no scuffmarks on such a beautiful masterpiece.   Pedicure has become the essential summer extravagance in America.  The quest for beautiful healthy feet starts with the right pedicure.   Summer is just around the corner, get ready with your strappy sandals or go barefoot to show off a fashionable and beautiful healthy feet.

Beautiful healthy feet are for life.  It is such a pity if in growing old you might not be able to jump, skip and hop or even dance because of a foot problem. Remember taking care of your feet is a relatively easy process.   Don’t let calluses, cuts bunions and blisters get in the way of your health on the whole but also in your everyday existence.   Foot care should also be a family affair.  Beautiful healthy feet in the family is a significant part of a personal hygiene practice to guarantee good foot health for the rest of their lives.
