From garlic, leeks, and scallions you get flavonoids to eliminate deadly toxins.  Barley is rich in niacin that is essential for hair growth.  Wheat and barley grasses are also anti-oxidants and buckwheat contains vitamins and minerals, more fiber and healthy fats.    Hot peppers are heart friendly.  Beans and onions contribute to a healthy youthful body.     Yogurt contributes to longevity.  Taken regularly this will this will help you maintain your beautiful locks.  Diet for hair health is complemented with regular exercise and taking plenty of fluids.

If you are on a nutrition therapy for healthy hair, do not expect amazing results in a week.  Slowly but surely, that’s the name of the game with nutrition for healthy hair.  No amount of hair products can give you long lasting satisfaction.  Sensible food, can give you more satisfaction from a bottle of shampoo.  So eat right, live right, and show off your beautiful, healthy hair.
