All of us dream of having fine and beautiful hands. Healthy diet and good healthy living is the key to having a good pair of hands. The hands are used a lot especially by people who have hard jobs like construction workers and miners.

People should ensure that they have proper mineral and vitamin intake to keep their fingernails healthy and strong and to avoid any peeling or cracking. Some people say that our hands can tell our true age; so when we take care of our hands, we are actually freezing the time of our aging process. There are some basic tips that we can do in caring for our hands and keeping it young and beautiful.

Simple use of latex gloves can be a big help in protecting our hands as well as preserving our finger nails. Exposure to dirt, contaminated water, UV rays the sun produces, and harmful chemicals can ruin the skin of our hands and our. Even with the detergent soaps that we use in cleaning our clothes and dishes can create some damage in our hands because of its strong chemical contents.

Pampering our hands through hand massage can improve the circulation of blood and the color that can make a healthy appearance. If we are performing a hand massage, the use of moisturizers and some almond oils will keep our fingernails and hands more hydrated and away from having dry skin. Using sunscreens can lessen our chances of having wrinkles and age spots when we are exposed to the sun especially if we are working in the streets or even when we are at the beach. If our hands are already dry or chapped because of detergents that we use in cleaning, we can apply some Vaseline and just leave it overnight and it will result to a smoother and hydrated soft hands.

There are a lot of things that we can see in the kitchen pantry that can be made into some hand remedies. By simply soaking our finger nails with buttermilk or warm vinegar will loosen the dead cells that are found in our nails and make our nails more nourished. Some cornmeal and a little oil can be made as an exfoliating scrub for our dry hands. It can remove dead skin cells that make our hands wrinkly and dry. Applying lemon juice on our hands can make our age spots fade.

Having a good healthy living can make our hands look young and smooth. Eating the right kind of food, taking some multivitamins, and staying hydrated can definitely make our hands look smooth and beautiful.
