Information on Circle Rash On Skin
The different types of rashes can take circular shape. However, circular rash usually refers to the ringworm rash. The ringworm rash is among the common rashes with many cases occurring each year. However, as the name would suggest it is not caused by ringworm. It is in fact caused by a fungal infection and there is no association between ringworm and the skin rash circle.
This rash can occur in any part of the body. Moreover, everybody is prone to this infectious rash. Generally, a single rash develops in any part of the body. It is large. The ring is marked by red skin, which is very prominent. In addition to the redness, the skin also becomes a little raised. The skin in the middle of this circle is more or less normal. Thus, it appears like a ring, and therefore it is called ring rash.
The conditions like vitamin deficiencies and weakness of immune system increase the chances of this rash. Some people suggest that alcohol and spicy food also contribute to some extent; however, there are proofs for this.
There is no reason to worry because treatments are available and the cure is quick. The treatment will include antibiotics, topical applications like soaps, creams, etc. Laser therapy as well is used these days.
