The most important and often neglected aspect of beauty care is adequate water. Water helps to moisturise the skin and increase its elasticity. It also helps to convey nutrients to various parts of the body. It is responsible for flushing toxins and other waste materials out of the body. Make sure that you drink an adequate amount of water every day to ensure beautiful healthy skin.
Omega3 fatty acids are rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Cod liver oil is a rich source of omega3 fatty acids; however this oil tends to have a rather unpleasant odour and flavor. If you are not comfortable having cod liver oil you can have flax seed (linseed) oil. Half a tea spoon of either of these oils should be enough to meet your recommended daily allowance (RDA). In addition to these fatty acids it also has extremely high levels of vitamin A and D.
Apart from these dietary concerns make sure that you exercise regularly. Exercising regularly helps to give your skin a natural glow. Follow a regular skin care regimen and make sure that you only use products that are suited for your skin type. Try to use natural face packs and face masques, using ingredients like honey, lemon, egg yolk, etc.
