Maintain Beautiful Skin

When I do treatment my skin became beautiful but then it looked bad again after some times and again I must do treatment. How to maintain this without again treatment?

Most people do not realise that maintaining beautiful skin requires a daily commitment. To maintain beautiful skin, you need to exercise regularly and ensure that you consume an adequate amount of water. A balanced diet and a regular sleep schedule are essential for the maintenance of your skin. It is necessary to include foods that are rich in antioxidants in your diet to minimise the effects of aging. As you grow older your skin will require more care and attention. Using a good sunscreen lotion is a must as over ninety percent of the aging effects are either caused or aggravated by over exposure to sunlight. Make sure that you use products that are suited to your skin type.

Throughout your life your skin will undergo changes, which means that although you might have had oily skin as an adolescent you may in fact have dry skin post puberty. Avoid using cosmetic products unnecessarily and when needed substitute them with natural products. For example instead of using a cosmetic apricot scrub, you can use a facial scrub made out of crushed apricots, walnuts and honey. This natural scrub will exfoliate your skin without stripping your skin of its natural oils. It is advisable that you use a moisturiser daily.
