There are probably hundreds of other products available on the market that claim to fight wrinkles and other age related skin problems, but most of these products either only have a cosmetic effect, or are completely useless. Some are even harmful, which is why you should be particularly careful when buying any antiaging product.
While we cannot recommend any particular product for you, in general, the best antiaging skin products are skin cleansers and skin toners. Although they are not usually marketed as antiaging products, they do help by cleansing the skin without drying it out, as almost all regular soap tends to do. Apart from this, antiaging products that contain vitamin C and vitamin E may help, but they will usually be overpriced because of the "antiaging" tag. You can instead simply ensure that you are getting enough vitamin C and vitamin E in your diet.
In fact, the best way to control the effects of aging on your skin - note that there is no way to stop it completely - is to have a healthy diet. Make sure that your diet contains all the necessary nutrients in sensible, balanced quantities, and you skin should be fine. You may not look like you just got out of college, but there is nothing wrong with looking your age.
