Hair Fall Treatment

Hair loss is a natural phenomenon generally associated with aging. But, if we start to lose the hair beyond the limit, it is a matter of worry. First of all, try to find out the causes of hair fall. It may be due to stress, lack of nutritional supplements, chemicals used to color the hair or curl and straighten the hair and dandruff. Some medications and chronic diseases like typhoid also can cause hair fall. Hence, what you can do is that try to irradiate the causes of hair fall. Your diet should be high in proteins including boiled eggs and fish. Your diet should be rich in salads, leafy vegetables, milk, sprouts and fruits. Besides this, bowel movement should be maintained regularly to avoid constipation. Always use a natural soap or shampoo to clean your hair. Do not use soap or shampoo containing strong chemicals. Use of coconut oil is one of the best ways to prevent hair fall. It helps to reduce the dandruff which is one of the major reasons for hair fall. A massage with coconut or goosebery oil can improve blood circulation in the hair roots and helps effectively to prevent hair fall. In addition to this, regular exercise is beneficial to improve the condition of hair. Physical activity helps to reduce stress and increases blood circulation in head and scalp.

Home Remedies to Stop Hair Fall

Hair fall usually occurs due to reasons such as heredity, age, a serious illness or a hair and scalp disorder. In order to determine which problem you are undergoing, you would need a medical consultation from a certified trichologist (hair and scalp doctor) who will be able to determine the reason for you with the help of tests. While this is an important step in beginning to take care of your problem, there are some simple things you can do at home to strengthen your hair and scalp as well.

You can start with applying the juice of one onion to your scalp everyday. Leave it on till it dries and then wash it off. This will promote fresh hair regrowth. In order to stop hair from falling, you can switch to using wide-tooth combs instead of fine ones, as the latter have a tendency to pull your hair and tug it right out of its roots. Be gentle while combing out knots and tangles from your hair. Make it a habit to apply warm coconut oil to your hair at least twice a week. This will strengthen it from the roots. Use a mild herbal shampoo instead of purely synthetic soap-based ones. Increase intake of almonds in your diet. This will help with keeping your hair strong.
