Wrinkles are a cause of great anxiety whenever they appear. More than anything else, the fact that they distort facial features leads people to run to the nearby chemist and buy any anti-wrinkle cream. There are a number of reasons why wrinkles appear. However, wrinkles can be reduced if not eliminated. Natural remedies abound for wrinkle treatments. Banana is a useful ingredient. Mash the banana into a pulp and apply the pulp all over the face, especially on the wrinkles. Keep the pulp for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Wrinkles also indicate malnourishment of the skin. So you need to restructure your diet as well. Include a lot of vegetables such as spinach and broccoli that provide Vitamin E. Also, bring that bowl of peanut butter close to your plate and use the peanut butter as well. Peanut butter is a rich source of Vitamin E. You might also want to change the oil that you use to cook your meals. Opt for sunflower oil, corn oil or wheat germ oil. And lastly, get a good night's rest-for 8 hours at least.
