There are a number of ways in which you can keep your skin young and healthy. To ensure that your skin retains its useful look, you must see to it that you protect it from excessive sunburns. Sunburns kill your skin cells and so, the skin has to generate a new set of such cells to replace the dead ones. Repeated sunburns lead to weakening of the skin and the skin slowly starts to look old.
To prevent this, ensure that you apply a natural skin cream to protect your skin from the harsh sun when sunbathing. Also, do a favour to your face and wear a hat or a visor to prevent the harsh UV rays of the sun from afflicting it with sunburns. Another way in which you can keep skin young is by exercising regularly. Plan an exercise regimen and stick to it. When you exercise, you provide the much needed oxygen for your skin to breathe. This ensures that your skin gets that perfect tone. To bring in that youthful glow to your skin, apply a paste that comprises honey, banana, and eggs. These nourish the skin and help it to be smooth and supple. And last but not the least, make it a point to drink at least eight glasses of water daily.
