Skin does have a tendency to sag and look wrinkly as you age. This does not mean you cannot sport a supple skin anymore. Numerous ways exist in which you can do so. You can first begin by giving water prime time importance in your diet. Water is a great detox and flushes out the excess toxins and oils in your body. This, in turn, quite naturally leads to healthy skin. So if you have been drinking just four glasses a day, it's time to increase that count to 10.
Also, make a few changes to your diet. Switch to leafy green vegetables such as spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, lettuces etc. These contain plenty of fiber that cleanse your digestive system and thus purify your system internally. Such internal cleansing results in skin that looks and feels young. Another way in which you can clean your skin and make it look supple and smooth is to use face scrubs. There are a number of face scrubs available in the market. If you prefer to just buy and use, then remember to opt for a herbal face scrub that has plenty of natural extracts. Else, you can always mix honey, sugar, and lemon and apply it twice or thrice a day for say 20 minutes. Wash it thereafter and watch your skin glow.
