Wrinkles can lead to a lot of anxiety, especially when they decide to sit right on your face and display themselves with aplomb. If you did run to your nearby chemist, you might have come across a number of anti-wrinkle face creams that promise a change in a matter of days. Most of these creams involve natural substances that, if used well, can serve the purpose better than the cream of which they are a part of.
For example, cucumber extracts find themselves in many such creams. Cucumber by itself though works like a charm as a skin tightening agent. All you need to do is cut it into thin slices and slap these slices all over your face. Let these slices stay there for say 20 to 25 minutes. You can then remove them and wash with warm water. Another common remedy is the use of seedless grapes. Grapes are cut into two equal halves and their contents are squeezed on the wrinkles. The contents are then washed off with warm water. You need to remember that these procedures have to be repeated every day for best results. Lastly, remember to let a lot of water get into your system. And also, switch to a green diet that has a number of leafy vegetables on its menu.
