Natural Treatment for Beautiful and Soft Skin

The best way to keep your skin healthy is to maintain a proper diet as nutrients are vital to the body's functions. Therefore it is essential to consume the proper amounts of carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals which are found in vegetables, fruits, honey and milk. The most important factor though is water as your skin needs a sufficient supply of water to keep it soft and healthy. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water daily and avoid foods like flour, tea, coffee and excessive sugar and soft drinks as well, as they can cause your skin to develop wrinkles and age prematurely. Following the above steps will ensure that your blood stays clean; which is the core to keeping your skin healthy, soft and free from excess roughness.

A milk bath taken once a week will also nourish your skin and keep it soft and glowing. All you have to do is warm water for a bath and mix 300 grams of powdered milk, almond oil (half a tablespoon), and a few drops of perfume. About every seven days use a facial mask to treat your skin by removing any dry skin and dead skin cells. Leave it on for about fifteen minutes and then rinse well with warm water. Apply a skin oil or moisturizer when the skin is still damp.
