Glowing Skin

My skin is not bad but it tends to be a little dull. I use a few home remedies every night and at the start of the day it looks good, but by end of day it looks dull and tired. Is there anyway I can have glowing skin through the day?

Although using various natural products will definitely help to keep your skin healthy, it is equally important that you have a balanced diet. Make sure that you eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits as they are rich in vitamin, minerals and anti-oxidant, all of which are essential for a glowing complexion. In addition to this, I would suggest that you have either cod liver oil capsules or flaxseed oil. These oils are extremely rich in omega 3 fatty acids which help to give the skin a nourished glow. Avoid eating white-flour products like noodles and pasta as these foods contain a type of carbohydrate that causes your skin to become dull and lifeless. Make sue that you exercise every day to speed up your blood circulation and your metabolism. Exposure to direct sunlight destroys nutrients within your skin leaving it dull and lifeless. Use a good sunscreen with a high SPF factor and UVA and UVB filters.

Soak a cotton swab in milk and use it to scrub your face. Milk contains lactic acid that dissolves dead skin cells. This will leave your skin visibly softer and smoother. You can also use a face mask using mashed cabbage and honey. This nourishing face mask will help to keep your skin clear and youthful.
