Blackheads are similar to zits or white heads but only slightly different in appearance. These blackheads are also made up of the naturally produced oil sebum (the body's solution to moisturizing itself) that is also responsible for the formation of pimples or zits. These zits are black in appearance because of the oil's exposure and reaction to the air. More often than not black heads are a result of; an internal disturbance within the body and is also caused due to the irregular or improper shedding of dead skin cells.
The best way to get rid of blackheads is not by squeezing them but by cleaning out your body but by flushing out as many toxins as possible and keeping your skin clean and fresh always. For this a good cleansing routine is needed to be followed as it helps get rid of the excess oil and dead skin cells. Use a gentle cleanser to do this as it won't dry the skin excessively. You can follow this up with the use of a gentle exfoliant and then rinse your face well with lukewarm water. In order to prevent the recurrence of black heads as far as possible; is to keep your face clean at all times, eat a well balanced diet and avoid getting too stressed out.
