Best Skin Care for Adult Acne

I am 35 and suffer from acne. Are there natural ways to get rid of it? It's mighty annoying.

Acne is one skin condition people dread. It tends to cover the face, and at times the neck, and the resulting state of the skin can lead one into bouts of depression. Acne occurs frequently during puberty when hormonal changes occur. A stressful lifestyle can also lead to acne attacks. So the first step to reduce acne would be to assess your lifestyle and try and reduce stress. Next, you must try out a diet that consists only of fruits. This all-fruit diet must comprise grapes, apples, bananas, and oranges.

In addition to this, papaya extracts can be applied on the skin affected by acne. Papaya has several nutritive properties and helps nourish the inflamed skin. To soothe the skin, you can also apply a paste of orange peels. Orange peels cool the inflamed skin and get the pores of the skin to open up. The acne can then be squeezed out of the skin. You also must make changes to your diet. Vitamin A and vitamin E are known to help reduce acne. So make sure you include natural substances such as spinach, olives, avocado, nuts, etc that contain considerable amounts of these vitamins. In addition to this, you must drink unsweetened lemon water and plain hot or cold water.
