Sensitive skin does tend to be quite difficult to be cared. Changes in climate, environmental pollution, extreme heat and other such factors have an instantaneous effect on sensitive skin: Rashes appear, the skin starts to feel irritating, and red blotches make their appearance all over. To maintain sensitive skin, you must see to it that your meals more or less look like balanced diets. A balanced healthy diet will want you to include several leafy green vegetables such as spinach, celery leaves, lettuce, cauliflower, etc. You also need to ensure that fruits such as apples, papayas, bananas, and oranges also find their way into your platter.
In addition to this, you must also see to it that you drink at least eight to ten glasses of water everyday. Water keeps the skin hydrated and also works up as a purifier to sweep toxins out of your body. Besides this, to cleanse your skin externally, you can use jojoba or almond oil. To exfoliate such skin, you can use a mixture consisting of oatmeal and grapefruit. Face masks made of cucumber and yoghurt also work wonders for sensitive skin. You can also use grape and banana extracts as face masks to nourish the skin.
