It is not possible to give you information on any specific product; however if you are not sure about any product, you should try something different. If you think that your oily skin may be due to the cream and soap that you use, you should try replacing them and see if the problem is solved. Sometimes it just turns out that certain products are not suitable for a certain person's skin type. If there is no improvement, you can always switch back.

At the same time, if you already have oily skin, why are you using a skin cream at all? A moisturizing cream should only be used if you have dry skin. Many people do not use cream at all, except during the winter months when skin tends to get dry. You should probably not be using any cream at all - it is possible that the oiliness of your skin is due to the unnecessary use of moisturizing cream. Try stopping use of any cream for a couple of weeks and see if your skin improves.

Apart from avoiding cream and switching to new products, you should look at whether you are washing your skin too little or too much. Infrequent washing will allow sweat and sebum to build up, making your skin look greasy. On the other hand, if you wash too much, your skin will start to produce more sebum to compensate for the dryness, and the end result will once again be oily skin.

At the age of 23 you are too young to really worry about wrinkles, but it is certainly good to be healthy and care for your body from an early age. Wrinkles are simply part of the aging process, and there is no way to completely avoid them. However, you can do a lot (and also avoid a lot) in order to avoid excessive and early wrinkles. Things that you can do include eating a balanced, varied diet without any excess or deficiency; drinking plenty of water; and exercising daily for at least half an hour. If necessary, you should also moisturize your skin to keep it soft and supple. Things to avoid include excessive exposure to sunlight, which is a major cause of skin damage. Another major cause of skin damage (and, as you know, a huge number of other problems) is smoking, so if you smoke, this is one more reason for you to quit.
