The first thing you need to do in order to improve the health and condition of your hair is to try and live as much of a stress free life as you can! If you are always tensed because your hair is no longer thick and is falling continuously, then you can be sure that your tension will only make your hair fall more. Try to avoid that to begin with. There are a few easy ways you can adopt and make your hair thick and healthier. To begin with, you should cut your hair short. Usually, this is a good solution to hair that has gone thin for any reason. Short hair not only makes you look and feel good, it will also bring back some of the health and vitality to your hair and scalp. Once you have manageable hair, you can work on making it thicker as well. The first step in this direction would be to maintain a regular routine of hair care. This will enable you to track your progress as well. You should include hair nourishment foods in your diet. These would be things like carrots, peaches and all yellow fruits and vegetables. These will ensure that your hair remains in good shape. You can also topically apply nourishment to your scalp to promote hair growth. Use almond oil once a week and leave it overnight for best results. You should use the oil warm and massage it gently in circular motions through your scalp. Before you wash your hair, apply and leave freshly squeezed onion juice to your scalp. This will promote fresh hair growth as well.

You should also consume fenugreek pills. These are available in any local store that sells natural remedial solutions. These will also promote thickness of the hair. Avoid tying your hair tightly as this has a tendency to break the strands. Leaving your hair loose is the best thing for the good health of your hair. You should also make it a point to condition your hair regularly. Oil will do some of this work, but you would also need to use a deep conditioning hair pack about once a month. Make one of your own with four tablespoons of henna powder, one tablespoon of instant coffee powder, a few drops each of olive oil and lime juice and enough yogurt to get a good applicable mixture. Apply and leave on for six hours for excellent results.
