Eating a diet which helps bowels to move regularly

I am 26 and have severe acne problem also got hormonal disturbances as I got bicornuate uterus. Hormone pills increasing my weight otherwise they were very effective on my skin.

Acne is a skin disorder which is very common and affects a large percentage of people. Although this usually affects teenagers, there are no laws governing the right age to get acne. Although acne is not a dangerous disease it can cause a lot of heartache and trouble to people who suffer from it. Acne is caused by the action of the hormones on the sebaceous glands. This leads to plugged pores which in turns causes an eruption of acne. All cases of acne can be traced to bad eating habits. Bad eating habits usually cause constipation, which is the other important reason for the occurrence of acne. When you don't move your bowels regularly, your bloodstream is full of toxic matter. The efforts made by the body to get rid of this matter causes the eruption of acne. You can try various home remedies and face packs to get rid of the acne. Mix two tablespoons of fine oatmeal with two teaspoons of yogurt and apply on the face. This can be washed off after half an hour. Aloe Vera gel is a very effective remedy for acne. Simply apply the gel on your face at bedtime and wash it off in the morning. You can also drink Aloe Vera juice every morning on an empty stomach. You can make a face mask using two teaspoons of gram flour and some drops of milk. This can be applied on the acne and left to dry. Steaming your face is also very effective in clearing the acne. Alternate the steaming with splashing cold water on your face.

Since acne is connected to constipation, you should eat a diet which helps you move your bowels regularly. Eat a fiber rich diet and include vegetables like radish, green leafy vegetables. Avoid eating products with white flour in them since these can cause constipation. Food that contain a large amount of spices or uses a lot of oil should also be avoided. Drinking lots of water helps you avoid constipation. You can also sip warm water with some lemon juice and honey mixed in it. Drink plenty of fruit juices and buttermilk. Regular exercise is absolutely essential for a healthy digestive system and this in turn will help you avoid getting acne. Drink a cup of hot milk every night at bedtime and ensure that you get adequate sleep. Stress can be an important factor in causing constipation and should be avoided.
