Remedy for black lips
i am careful not to burn my lips when smoking pot but they are still black also my skin

Natural Treatment for Black Lips
Perhaps this is your natural skin and lip color — have you considered this possibility? Many people have the mistaken idea that the lips of a healthy person are supposed to be pink or red, but this is not true. The skin on the lips has the skin pigment melanin, as does the skin on the rest of the body. Lips are pink or red only in people with extremely light skin — due to the lack of melanin in their skin, the blood vessels under the skin are visible, and it is this color that makes the lips appear red or pink. If your lips and skin have recently become darker than they used to be, this may be due to increased exposure to the sun.
It is also possible that smoking is still affecting your lips, even though you are careful. See if a few weeks of abstinence make any difference to the color of your lips. You should also avoid drinking too much tea and coffee, and if you are a woman, change your lipstick as some lipsticks tend to permanently darken the lips. In addition, keep your lips moist by applying petroleum jelly or almond oil to them before going to bed.
