My hair is shoulder length, wavy and dull too, I love straight hair and shiny too. How can I have it? Also have wheatish complexion with rough skin, it lacks glow. How to have glowing, clear and clean skin?

To begin with, you can take some measures to make your hair full of life and vitality. But you need to know before beginning that if your hair is naturally wavy, there is very little you can do make it straight. You can use methods such as straightening irons and blow dryers for this purpose. But you should also know that this will only work on a temporary basis. If you use them all the time, you will also be spoiling the texture of your hair. Excessive use of these things can lead to dryness and brittleness of hair, and will ultimately result in hair fall as well. The only permanent way to make hair straight is hair bonding. But this will only remain as long as your hair does not grow out. You can start improving the condition of your hair by getting it trimmed to begin with; this alone will add health and vitality to your locks. The next thing you need to do is start taking proper care of your hair. Condition it after every shampoo. Comb it twice a day using wooden combs or brushes. This will prevent dullness of the hair due to static which typically accompanies using plastic combs and brushes. Oil your hair once a week and scrub out your scalp with lime juice. These methods will work positively for you in as little as a week.

To tackle your complexion, you can start by following a nightly bedtime routine of cleansing and moisturizing your face. This is extremely important to maintain good skin tone. For clear skin, you must get a weekly exfoliating scrub and remember to sue it regularly. This will help to remove dull and lifeless skin from your face, and will add to your glow as well. Try to get a scrub that is suited to your skin type for better results. This will also help to smoothen out your skin and will make it look more even too. Try to go for a facial once a month. This will make the most difference in changing the texture of your skin. You should also remember to wash your face only using a soap free cleanser. Soap has a tendency to dry out your skin and make it patchy and uneven. All of these methods should help you out a lot, providing you use them on a regular basis and for at least a month.
