There are various ways you can control hair loss from all parts of your head. Since you have not specified your gender, it is better to explain reasons you may be suffering from this kind of hair loss. If you are a male, then you should be aware of a phenomenon known as male pattern balding. Depending upon your age, you may be suffering from male pattern balding. Typically, victims of male pattern bonding will lose hair either from the center of their head, or from their temples, or from both these parts together. Generally, this kind of balding can start any time after the age of 25 years. This would be particularly true if premature balding runs in your family. If you are female and losing hair in this manner, then the reason for this would depend upon many factors such as your age, heredity, stress levels, environment and general hair care. Generally, there is little you can do about hair loss if you are over the age of 50 years. This is a natural part of aging and will always stay with you thereafter. However, if your age is less than 40 and you are losing hair, then you can try a few things to control this kind of hair loss.

To begin with, cut your hair short. This will add health and body to your hair automatically. You can also start using a hair rinse for your hair. Soak a tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight and use this to rinse out your hair the next morning. Pay close attention to your scalp, and the areas where you are losing the hair. Onion juice is one of the few and rare products that is known to give rise to fresh hair growth. You can apply and leave this juice in your hair till it dries out or for half an hour, whichever happens first. Wash this off with your regular shampoo for best results. Applying castor oil will also help to reduce hair fall to a very large extent. Castor oil is viscous in nature and will therefore be very difficult to actually spread around with your fingers. You can warm it and use. Use the oil to massage your scalp gently and leave it on overnight. In order to see visible and positive results, you would have to try these remedial measures out for at least a couple of months.
