First of all, it is unlikely that the pimples or rash that you mention is related in any way to the black patches on your skin. The black patches are most probably just uneven pigmentation, and are either due to exposure to sunlight or excessive friction against your clothing. It would be necessary to actually see your skin to know the exact cause and what can be done to solve the problem, so the best thing for you would be to ask your family doctor about the patches (and the pimples too). But in the meanwhile, you can try to limit your exposure to sunlight. Make sure that you do not go outdoors during peak sunlight hours, and if you must, ensure that you cover as much skin as possible by wearing suitable clothes. For additional protection, you can also apply sunscreen lotion; this should have an SPF value of at least 30, and should be applied at least half an hour before you step out of the house.
If your clothes are too tight or made of rough material, then the resulting friction could be causing your skin to darken in certain areas. Try wearing clothes that are a bit looser, and made of soft, light material. Certain parts of the body also naturally tend to experience a lot of friction, and therefore become darker. This is usually the case with the elbows and knees, and, depending on your footwear, the ankles as well. You should consider whether this may be the case, and whether there is any way you can reduce this friction. Skin in areas such as the inner thighs also tends to become dark in people who are overweight, as the thighs constantly rub against each other. If this is the case with you, you need to lose weight. Once the cause of the darkened skin is removed, your skin will gradually return to normal.
For the pimples, you will simply need to visit your doctor, or possibly a skin specialist. There are many things that could cause your body to break out in boils or a rash, and without examining your skin and discussing your lifestyle and medical history, it is impossible to diagnose the problem or suggest a solution. You should however stop trying to burst the boils, if this is what you have been doing. It is better to simply let them take their course and disappear on their own, unless you know exactly how to treat them.
