I am not aware of the soap that you have mentioned, but it is obvious that it is not working for you. The best treatment for pimples is any anti pimple cream that contains either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Pimples form when skin pores get blocked by dead skin cells. Normally, these skin cells are discarded at a steady rate, but for unknown reasons, they sometimes accumulate and block pores. As a result, sebum from the sebaceous glands build up, and a pimple forms, often getting infected by bacteria that are normally present on the skin. Benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid both help the skin get rid of dead cells more effectively, thus minimizing the risk of pores getting blocked. In addition, they also reduce the number of bacteria on the skin, thus minimizing the risk of infection too.

Hygiene is also important - wash your face regularly, but do not use soap too often, as it will dry your skin. Using soap once or twice a day is enough; the rest of the time, you can wash your face with plain water. Keep your hands clean too, but in any case, avoid touching your face and the pimples unnecessarily.

It will however take a while for any treatment to work. You will need to use an anti pimple cream of the kind described for at least a month before you see any results. In some cases it can take several months for the condition to improve, and up to a year for it to clear up completely. It is therefore very important that you are consistent and regular with your treatment, and do not give up after a month or two. Since you are only 22, it is also likely that your acne will be quite persistent. Acne primarily affects people between the ages of 13 and 24, and this is when it is at its most severe and persistent.

The dark spots that you have on your face are basically pimple scars, and there is not much that you can do to get rid of them. Like any other scars, they will fade with time, and any home remedies or other treatments will have a limited effect, if any at all. The important thing is to make sure that new scars do not appear. You can do this by refraining from picking at, bursting, squeezing, or plucking your pimples. Such actions increase the risk of infection and scarring.
