Cause of thin hair and hair fall, regular scalp massage to reduce hair fall, circulation of blood to the scalp

Hi, my hairs are thin and also fall, give me suggestions to get my hair healthy!

It is normal to have a certain amount of hair fall daily, but it is a cause of anxiety if it becomes excessive. Usually the kind of hair one has and its thickness is decided by hereditary factors but other factors can also affect the health and appearance of the hair. An imbalanced diet with insufficient nutrients, consumption of heavy medications, use of harsh chemical products on the hair and a stressful lifestyle can all affect the hair adversely, leading to increased hair fall and thinning of the hair. In order to naturally restore the health and appearance of you hair, you should ensure that you have a healthy balanced diet, rich in proteins and Vitamins. You should consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables such as carrots, green leafy vegetables, soybean, apricots, mango, lentils, sprouts, whole grain cereals, wheat germ, yeast, milk and yoghurt. It is equally important to keep drinking water through out the day to keep your body well hydrated and thus improve the health of your hair.

Apart from that, you should also follow some simple steps to improve the health of your hair. While it is important to wash your hair regularly to keep it clean and shiny, remember not to use harsh chemical hair products or wash your hair with extremely hot water. Always opt for mild shampoos with a herbal base and wash your hair with lukewarm water. A shower with lukewarm water, followed by cold water stimulated the blood circulation in the scalp, strengthening the hair follicles and reducing hair fall. It is also recommended to regularly massage your scalp using coconut oil or castor oil to improve the circulation of blood in your scalp. Almond oil is also recommended for strengthening the hair follicles and making your hair healthier. You can add a few pieces of Indian gooseberry to the coconut oil before massaging your hair. This will help reduce hair fall and strengthen the roots of the hair. You can also massage your scalp with coconut milk and Aloe Vera gel half an hour before washing your hair. If your hair is very thin, you can make a paste with soaked fenugreek seeds, powdered acacia concinna, powdered Indian gooseberry, dried lemon and 2 eggs. You should apply this paste on your hair and wash it off after 20 minutes, using a mild shampoo. This is is a good way to thicken your hair. Finally it is important to protect the hair from excessive exposure to the sun, wind and pollution and to avoid undue mental stress to promote the over all health and appearance of your hair.
