Hair fall and white hair are caused by several factors, and simply eating certain fruits and vegetables is not the solution to the problem. The correct approach is to determine the cause of your problem, and then address it by attacking the cause itself.

You have not provided any background details, such as your age, gender, medical history and so on. All these factors must be taken into account when determining the cause of hair loss and graying. Age is a particularly important factor in hair loss, especially if you are a man. After the age of 30 (and very often even before this age) many men experience a type of hair loss known as male pattern balding. They experience thinning of hair and increased hair fall, primarily on the top of their heads. This phenomenon is genetic, and to a large extent cannot be controlled or reversed. If you are a man above the age of 30 and are experiencing such a problem, your only option is to visit a hair specialist. There are medical and cosmetic procedures today that are reasonably effective in tackling this kind of hair loss. However, these procedures are of course expensive, slow, and often also have side effects, so you should consider whether it is worth the inconvenience, time, expense, and risk for you. If you go to a reliable, reputed hair specialist, he or she will be able to guide you properly.

However, graying of hair is irreversible and uncontrollable, whether it is premature or due to aging. This is simply something that is in your genes, and if the gray hair bothers you your only option is to start dyeing it.

To some extent, your diet can influence hair loss and graying, but rather than increase your intake of any particular fruits and vegetables, you should eat more fruits and vegetables in general, and introduce more variety into your diet. This will ensure that you get all the vitamins and minerals that you need for your hair to grow normally.

Other factors that you may want to consider include fungal infections, especially if you are losing hair in patches. If this is the case, you can try rinsing your hair with a solution of vinegar and water for a couple of weeks. Applying tea tree oil to your hair and scalp may also help, but if there is no improvement within two weeks, you should visit a doctor.
