There is no way you can simply grow your hair fast or make it grow straight. There does not seem to be any real problem with your hair, as your question only seems to indicate that you are in a hurry and want straight hair. Unfortunately for you, there is nothing that can be done to speed up the growth of your hair. Hair normally grows at an average rate of 0.4 mm a day, although each individual will of course be different. Your hair may grow a little faster or slower than this, depending on your genes. There is no tonic or supplement that can make your hair grow faster than it is naturally meant to, and at the most, you can ensure that it does not grow slower than its natural rate. To do this, you need to follow a healthy, balanced, and varied diet. Like any other part of your body, hair needs nourishment to grow, and if you are not getting enough nutrition, your hair will certainly be adversely affected.
There isn't really a special diet for healthy hair - simply ensure that you eat a wide variety of food. Do not completely avoid any particular foods, and at the same time do not consume too much of any particular foods. Any excess or deficiency affects your health, and thus affects your hair. The one vitamin that is particularly important for hair is vitamin B - particularly vitamin B5 and vitamin B12. Vitamin B5 is mostly found in meats, although some vegetables do contain it in smaller amounts, such as sweet potatoes, peas, and whole grains. Vitamin B12 too is mostly obtained from non vegetarian sources of food, such as chicken, eggs, and fish, although milk also contains it in sufficient quantities. However, as mentioned before, simply stocking up on a few foods will not help - your diet needs to be well rounded.
Apart from this, you should exercise regularly, as this too keeps your body healthy and functioning optimally. Similarly, sleep is very important, while stress and constant exhaustion can slow down body processes such as hair growth. And finally - avoid smoking, as it affects hair growth and is even known to cause premature balding and premature graying.
As for straightening your hair, the only way to do this is to visit a hairstylist and undergo straightening treatment. This is of course expensive and may damage your hair, so it is probably better if you keep your hair the way it naturally is.
