Eczema is a skin inflammation. It is also known as dermatitis. Deficiency of nutrition, vitamins in diet may be the cause of eczema. Certain food can trigger eczema. You may see red boils on skin after eating certain food. It may be due to shellfish, cow’s milk, eggs, peanuts, food preservatives etc. You may get reaction due to these foods. There is a dietary plan for eczema –
  • Have nutritious food. If you are allergic to any food, avoid eating.
  • Flaxseed oil 1 tsp. a day is very helpful.
  • Consumption of evening primrose oil in meal is beneficial as it contains omega-6 fatty acid.
  • Consumption of zinc is also essential. But do not consume more than 30 grams a day.
  • Drinking lot of water is essential for eczema.
  • Have raw food like vegetables, fruits for healthy skin.
  • Avoid junk food, preservatives, white flour for eczema cures.
