Your question is rather confusing, and I suggest that you consult a doctor, who will be able to explore your medical history and also examine your scalp in order to determine exactly what the problem is and how it can be addressed. The squamous epithelium is a membranous tissue that lines many surfaces both inside and outside the body. The epidermal layer of our skin is made up of layers of this membranous tissue. What you seem to be referring to is squamous cell carcinoma, which is basically a tumor of the squamous epithelium. This is essentially a type of cancer, and although it does not necessarily have to be a cancer of the skin, squamous cell carcinoma is the second most common type of skin cancer.

In your question, you have not mentioned whether you have been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma or whether this is your own guess. In either case, prompt medical attention is extremely important. If you have a lesion or some sort of unusual growth on your scalp, you should have it attended to as soon as possible, in case it does actually turn out to be cancer. If it doesn't, you can at least rest easy. If you have actually been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, then it is all the more important that you should not waste any time at all. With cancer, a delay in treatment is almost always very dangerous, but this is especially so in the case of squamous cell carcinoma, as it has a much higher risk of metastasis than other cancers. Metastasis basically refers to the spreading of the cancer - this always makes the condition more complicated and deadly, and very often when the cancer has spread too much, nothing can be done to stop it.

There is no way to cure squamous cell carcinoma with home remedies, over the counter drugs, or alternative treatments. These elements of treatment may have their place, but only as supplements, to address specific symptoms of the disease. To actually fight the cancer itself, surgery or highly specialized drugs are needed. Mohs surgery is the type of surgery most commonly used to treat this kind of cancer, and it is microscopically controlled so as to remove the cancerous tissue with a great deal of precision. The other option is imiquimod, which is an immune response modifier. Your doctor will recommend a treatment that is suitable for you.
