Your question is too vague - what exactly are your symptoms? I assume that you want to find out what you are suffering from, but without knowing your symptoms it is entirely impossible to say. Treatment of any condition always depends on the symptoms and their causes, so it is not possible to recommend any particular treatment to you. You will need to figure out for yourself whether you are suffering from a skin allergy or a fungal infection, and try to manage the symptoms accordingly. If your treatment is not successful or if you are simply unable to determine what you are suffering from and what the causes are, then you will of course need to visit a doctor for a check up.
An allergy should be very easy to identify - it will be quite obvious that contact with a certain substance is causing your skin to break out into a rash. Try to think about the time when the rash first appeared, and then think about all the objects and substances that you could have made contact with at the time, as well as the foods that you consumed in the preceding hours. An allergic rash will also not last very long, assuming that the allergen (the substance causing the allergic reaction) is not something that you are constantly in contact with. It will stay for a few hours, or perhaps for a day, and your skin will then return to normal. If this has happened, then you should pay close attention to what you are doing from now on, so that the next time the rash appears, you are able to recall what could have caused it. It may not even be an actual allergy, but simply some strong chemicals that have irritated your skin. In either case, you will simply need to avoid touching (or consuming, in case of a food) the substance responsible for the rash. For an allergy, it is possible to cure the allergy with medications, but this is not always needed.
Fungal infections typically affect parts of the body that tend to be moist a lot. The groin area, the feet, the scalp are therefore common sites for fungal infections, however, almost any part of the body can be affected. The appearance of the affected skin and the symptoms vary considerably depending on the fungus responsible and the area affected, but inflammation and itching are quite common. Treatment also varies considerably, and since you don't know what the rash is, the best course of action is to simply keep the affected skin clean and dry at all times.
