I have kinda curly hair and to keep them set I straighten them sometimes but now they are getting unsmooth, I can feel them so rough, tell me something before they start falling like hell.

The fact that your hair has started becoming rough is probably an indication that they are getting damaged by the frequent treatments. It will therefore be better for your hair if you stop straightening it. You have not mentioned how exactly you straighten your hair - what treatment is used, and whether you do it yourself or get it done professionally. Some techniques are worse than others, but most straightening techniques work by altering the structure of the hair and may use strong chemicals or heat or both. Long term use of these treatments is bound to affect the quality of the hair, even if they are done professionally and responsibly, and this is probably what has happened to you. You probably do not need to worry about hair actually falling, but it could certainly break or split. If you continue to straighten your hair, it will only end up looking terrible after a while.

To begin with, it may be a good idea for you to trim your hair. This may not be a very pleasant thought at the moment, but it will be better to trim your hair right now and let it grow out in a couple of months, when it will be healthy and beautiful once again. This will be better than keeping your hair long but damaged.

Next, you need to start a regular hair care regimen that includes using hair oil, home made conditioners, and shampooing with a suitable shampoo. There are shampoos available for damaged hair, so you should try one of these shampoos. It is advisable to try a small pack of shampoo, and buy a bigger pack only if it suits your hair, else switch to a different one.

Before shampooing your hair, you should oil it, preferably with coconut oil. Oil should be applied at least an hour before shampooing, and many people prefer to keep the oil on overnight to maximize the benefits. Ensure that the oil covers your scalp and all your hair, from root to tip. Just before you wash your hair, you can apply a home made conditioner of yogurt and egg yolk. Mix the two in a bowl, apply the mixture to your hair and scalp, and wash it off after fifteen minutes. You will also need a commercially available conditioner for regular use - here too, go for one that is meant for damaged hair, as these conditioners form a protective coating over each hair strand.
