Gray hair remedy
madem,my hair turns white at age of 18.is there any chance of getting regrowth of black hair? What natural products I have to use to solve my problem? Give me some suggestions please.

Alternative Treatment for White Hair
You have a hair problem that is known as premature greying. Some of the reasons associated with premature greying are a faulty diet .The lack of iron; iodine and copper in ones daily diet are also known to be a cause. High levels of stress also interfere with the body's supply of vital nutrients necessary for maintaining healthy hair and are one of the major causes of premature greying. Other reasons like low hygiene levels and the overuse of dyes have also been known to cause premature greying. There are a variety of ways to remedy premature greying and stimulating the re- growth of black hair.
The best remedy is the use of Indian gooseberry or Indian goose berry. Cut pieces of the gooseberry and dry it in the shade and then boil it in coconut oil until it is well cooked and goes dark in colour strain the mixture and pour the oil into a container. Use this oil by massaging it into the scalp every day. The water that was used to rinse the Indian gooseberry can be used as well to rinse the hair. You can also try almond oil mixed with Indian gooseberry juice, by massaging it into your scalp every night, as it has been found to be effective in preventing premature greying. Finally eat a diet that is rich in iron and iodine which can be found in carrots, bananas and seafood as it keeps the hair healthy.
