Home remedy for fair complexion
my body color is fair & my face skin color is dark so please suggest home made remedies to became fair

Alternative Treatment for Fair Complexion
Some of the best ways to prevent further darkening of your skin is to use a high quality sunscreen when out in the sun as it not only protects you from the suns Ultraviolet rays but keeps tanning to a minimum. The second way to remedy the darkening of skin is to follow a balanced diet that contains fresh fruits and vegetables, pulses and whole cereals. Do not consume oily and spicy foods. The most important however is to drink ample amounts of water at least eight to ten glasses of water a day. The water hydrates the skin and helps clear any blemishes.
The uses of home remedies are also effective and will help over time to lighten the tone of your skin. The first remedy you can try is a skin pack made by mixing a tablespoon of honey, half a table spoon of almond oil, one table spoon of milk powder and one table spoon of lemon juice. Apply it to your face and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, and then wash it off. The pack lends a glow to your skin and helps lighten it. Another effective and well known remedy is to cut fine pieces of potato and place the slices on your face; it helps by removing a tan and also improves skin tone.
