Small white blisters that are sore and sensitive could indicate a vast variety of things. Your very first step should be to show them to a dermatologist and get them accurately diagnosed. This will tell you all the more clearly what you are dealing with. In any case, what you have described sounds like a case of dead skin deposits on your hands. These are like calluses that sometimes develop when you have been using that part of your hands too frequently. In a lot of cases, these harden and then start poking the skin as well. But they also fall off. In some cases, where they do not fall off, they can also become painful and hurt. You need to determine from this description whether this is your problem. If so, then you would need to take care of it accordingly. The first thing to do is to soak your hands in hot water to which half a lime has been squeezed in. The hot water will ensure that your skin softens, and the lime juice will help to kill any infection that may be residing there. Your description also matches a case of skin infection quite closely. It is not unusual for skin infections to reside on your skin regularly and for long periods of time.

After soaking your hands in comfortably hot water for about 20 minutes, you should exfoliate them well. Use any exfoliating scrub from off the shelf, it should work just fine. You can also make your own by making a pasty mixture of sugar crystals and any cooking oil. This can be used to scrub your hands till the sugar melts. Make sure you do not aggravate your condition. Scrub only as gently or as hard as you can take it without your blisters becoming too sensitive. You can use an overnight remedy to take care of your blisters too. Dilute a drop of tea tree oil in 10 drops of castor oil and apply this to your blisters. Leave this on them overnight, well protected by a pair of cotton gloves. These will also help your hands to get the required amount of air to circulate so that there is no chance of any rash developing. Synthetic materials can do that to your skin as well and you should also guard against them. You should try these remedies out for at least a week before you can hope to see results.
