Alternative Cure for Dry Hair and Skin
Dry hair and skin are not permanent problems and can be treated by a few home remedies and foodstuffs that will definitely help bring back the health to both your skin and hair. First let's look at remedies to help cure the problem of dry hair. Nuts and seeds are especially helpful as they contain important fatty acids that can bring the shine back into your hair. Vinegar is another easily available remedy that can be used as a conditioner to improve the shine bounce of your hair. All you have to do is add one tablespoon of vinegar to the hair and rinse afterward; it even serves as a remedy against dandruff. You can also use a little olive or coconut oil in your hair to help moisturise it, leave it on overnight and then wash it off the next day.
You can help remedy dry skin by using home made fruit packs followed by the use oil based moisturisers, that help return the lost moisture to skin thus keeping it from going dry and rough. The fruits that you can use to make the fruit packs are peach, papaya and banana. Make sure you apply the moisturiser in an upward circular motion. Finally to remedy open pores you can use tomato; apply the juice directly to your face and then wash it off after a sometime. This helps tone your skin and cut down the production of sebum temporarily.
