In order to suggest anything like a remedial measure for your problem, there is more specific information needed. For instance, it is important to know exactly where on your vagina these two white bumps appear. If they are on the inside, then you should get them examined by a doctor at once. This could be something serious which cannot really be diagnosed or cured using online help. If they are on the outside of the vagina and in the general region of the vagina, then you can use some general remedies to help you out. This is because these could be caused due to something like acne or excessive friction in the area. This can also sometimes result in heat boils. A word of caution however is required here. If these bumps have been around for more than a couple of weeks, you should get them examined by a doctor as soon as you can. Keep in mind that these can be a harbinger of any number of dangerous things. Only after you have eliminated any possibility of this being a sign of something serious should you begin trying out remedies at home. If your bumps are not painful, you can try to start taking care of them by first sanitizing them thoroughly this can be done by applying a diluted mix of one part hydrogen peroxide and 10 parts water to your bumps. Once the area is thoroughly cleaned, there will be no chance of any infection spreading there.

You should also avoid wearing underwear made of synthetic material. This alone can sometimes cause allergic reactions to your genital area. Pure cotton is always the healthiest way to go. You can also try to exfoliate your skin in this area. This will also swipe away any part of dead skin around there and will also remove your bumps. Sometimes, genital hair is pulled out rather roughly due to vigorous activity and exercise. In this case, you would be suffering from really painful bumps. All you should do for relief and healing is Apply a paste made of turmeric powder and clarified butter to your bumps. This will take care of the situation quite easily and effectively. Do remember that it may take time to heal, however. And in all the time that you are suffering from the problem, you must also avoid exercise or any other vigorous activity that could have led to this.
