Reduce belly size & tips to reduce belly fat

I am 41 year old man having very good health but I have to reduce my belly size as my large stomach is a concern for me. In fact I am now consuming less food but it’s not working out so please advice.

Fat on the belly is hardest to get rid of. The first thing you must know is that the process is not going to be easy or quick. Once you have crossed the age of 30, losing weight becomes tougher, while putting it on always seems easier. So you need to keep in mind that you cannot lose patience half way through the process of trying to lose this fat. It is also a good idea to lose weight all over the body in the process, which will naturally happen. You can begin your efforts by first measuring your belly with a tape measure and then preparing a target number to reach. For example, if your belly, measured around the belly button is 50 inches, you should target losing 10 inches in 10 months. This is ambitious enough. Know that if you adopt a slow and steady method, you will manage to lose weight and keep it off as well, which is better than losing it fast and getting it all back on equally quickly.

Start by drinking a glass of hot water, with a teaspoon of honey and half a lime squeezed into it when you wake up every morning. This will help to cut fat. In fact, keep sipping hot or warm water all day. This helps to loosen lipids and make you lose weight. Instead of reducing the quantities of your food everyday, you should cut down on carbohydrates instead. You will notice results within a week. Not only will you feel more healthy and active, you will also develop a stronger body in the process. Typical sources of carbohydrates are breads, bakery goods and fatty foods. You should also make a number of small changes in your daily schedule. Take a sweetener instead of sugar. Have yogurt instead of ice cream. Avoid oily food, restricting it to once a week if you have to. Follow a routine of exercise at least thrice a week. It is best to swim, for this will not only help you to shed excessive weight, it will also tone your muscles. Additionally, you must also do stomach crunches every day. To make it easy in yourself and not cause any harm or pain, start with one a day and increase one everyday. Once again, this is a slow process, but it will show you results over time. Just remember to keep at it. That will help you the most.
