One of the most significant reasons for hair turning white is age. If you are over the age of 50 years, you should know that this is completely normal. There is nothing you can do to reverse the change in color except change the color of your hair artificially as and when it grows. If you are younger than the age of 30 years, then you should know that what you are suffering from is normally known as premature hair whitening, usually caused by heredity. You can try some simple home remedies for permanent black hair. But it is not necessary that your hair will stop turning white completely when you try them. This is a chance you will have to take, with the knowledge that it may not be a successful attempt. Among the other reasons for hair turning white, stress and tension probably takes precedence over all others. If you have a highly stressful lifestyle, then you can be sure that you will be suffering from premature whitening of hair. In order to take care of this, you may want to change your lifestyle a little. Make time to sleep well, eat well and exercise without fail. This combination will help you to not only maintain good health generally; it may also stop your hair from whitening further.

Among the home remedies to prevent hair from turning gray you can use, the most effective one is to apply evening primrose oil to your hair. This will not only render it more healthy, it will also stop further white hairs from erupting. This oil is rare and difficult to find, but it can be bought at stores that sell organic or natural goods. If you cannot find it, however, you can also take pills of the same. These are available quite easily. You would have to follow the dosage provided on the packaging of the products. Alternatively, rosemary oil also has the property of preventing further white hairs from growing, so you can try to use this as well. The best solution for you would of course be to shave your face so that you do not have to deal with this problem on a regular basis at all. But if you cannot, you may want to think about hair removal treatments such as IPL or laser hair removal. These can isolate and get rid of your white hairs and get rid of them, specifically, quite effectively and well.
