One of the most effective ways to get rid of blisters is to lance them open and allow them to drain. However, this method would not be suitable unless done under medical supervision. It is inadvisable to try it yourself. Instead, you can go to a doctor and get a medical opinion on whether this needs to be done at all. A doctor will also be able to advise you well about the cause of the blister. Sometimes, excessive body heat can accumulate and manifest in the form of blisters like the ones you have described. It may also become necessary to complete a course of antibiotics in order to get rid of blood blisters such as these. For some reason if you cannot go to a doctor, then you can try certain remedial measures at home and see if they work. These would involve both dietary measures as well as some basic home remedies. However, please know that blood blisters can be particularly dangerous if ignored. If your daughter has had these blisters for more than a couple of weeks, you should consult a doctor before you do anything else. This is absolutely important.
If the blisters are caused due to excessive heat in the body, then the best way to get rid of heat blisters would be to apply a paste made of sandalwood powder and rose water to them. This can be done as frequently as possible without causing any harmful side effects as well. Sandalwood powder has the property of absorbing excessive heat away from where it has been applied. This will ease the pain and inflammation too from the heat blister, if there is any. If the blisters are septic, then a paste made of sandalwood powder, turmeric powder and rose water will also help greatly. Turmeric powder is anti septic in nature and also has exceptional healing powers. It will help to heal as well. In terms of dietary changes, make it a point to give your daughter a glass of fresh cucumber juice every day. It is better to avoid red meat for the duration, as this will have a tendency to raise the temperature of the body from within. Consuming foods that cool the body from within is the way to go. Fresh fruits and vegetables should be the priority. You must also make it a point to give her a glass of warm milk to which a teaspoon of turmeric has been added before bedtime. This will help to heal from within.
