Dark marks home remedy
remedy for dark marks on my face on both the sides on my cheek. I am 35years old I got the problem when I was pregnant. please could u suggest a home remedy

Natural Treatment for Dark Marks on Face
The problem you describe is commonly known as hyper pigmentation. While it is not an uncommon occurrence during pregnancy, it normally disappears after delivery. If your pigmentation marks have not vanished on their own, it is advisable to show them to a dermatologist before you commence with any kind of self administration of treatment or remedial measures.
Aloe vera is an excellent remedy for simple cases of hyper pigmentation. Apply the gel and leave it on. Remember to always use sunscreen when going out if you use this remedy. Try to rub a raw peeled potato into the skin of your cheeks. You can also make a juice of freshly grated potato and apply this. A cream made with equal parts of honey, milk powder, lemon juice and almond oil is an effective remedy to get rid of these dark marks. You can wash it off after leaving it on for about 20 minutes and it will help to lighten your marks considerably. You can also store and refrigerate this for up to a week. This is also an excellent remedy to get rid of excessively dark tans. You can also make a paste with a mix of powdered oatmeal, yogurt, a few drops of lime juice and tomato juice. Leave this on your patches for about half an hour and wash with cold water. The results should take a week to show.
