Keeping sore clean by washing, applying antiseptic ointment to disinfect sore

I have open pore that has not healed. It produces blood, liquid and is very bothersome, any treatment that can be done for it? My doctor froze it twice but did not help.

It is not clear exactly what you are suffering from. I assume that you mean an open sore, rather than a pore, but even in this case it is not clear why it is continuing to ooze blood and fluids. You have not mentioned for exactly how long you have had this sore, but since you have attempted to treat it twice, I assume that it is at the very least several weeks. Normally, any skin lesion should heal and disappear within a few days or at the most within a week. If there is no obvious reason for the sore to persist, such as some irritation, then you need to go back to your doctor. If there is some irritation that is preventing the sore from healing, then you need to address this problem immediately, before the sore gets worse. You need to get rid of the irritation, no matter what it is, and allow the sore to heal. In addition to this, you should of course keep the sore clean and disinfected at all times, so as to prevent the growth of bacteria. It will help to wash the sore a few times a day, and after this, dry it gently with a clean, fresh, soft cloth. After drying your skin, you can apply an antiseptic ointment to keep the sore from getting infected and help it to heal properly, and as soon as possible. At all other times, you should avoid touching the sore. People often have the habit of idly touching pimples and sores, and this will not only interfere with the healing, it could also spread any infection and cause more sores to develop.

If this does not help, then as mentioned before, you need to return to your doctor immediately. If the doctor seems unable to help, or does not know what the cause of the sore could be, then you need to get a second opinion, preferably from a specialized dermatologist. You may have some sort of skin condition that has caused the sore, but this would most probably cause several sores that keep appearing and disappearing, rather than a single sore that persists for a long time. An unexplained sore that refuses to heal could be a sign of cancer, and as you know, the early detection and treatment of cancer is extremely important in order for treatment to be successful. You should therefore get a proper diagnosis as soon as possible.
