Black heads are blackish bumps that appear on the skin due to excessive secretion of oil by the sebaceous glands. White heads are similar to black heads and remedies for black heads will also work for white heads. They are both types of acne and generally appear along with normal pimples. To effectively treat black heads and whiteheads, you must follow a regular skin care regimen. Use a natural exfoliating product regularly to slough off the uppermost layer of dead skin and prevent the formation of blackheads. Apply a clay mask to your face to absorb excess oil and unclog your skin pores. You can add one or two drops of tea tree oil to the clay mask to prevent pimples and blackheads. When you apply clay mask, leave it for about half an hour and then wash your face with water. A similar face pack can also be prepared by mixing crushed oatmeal with almond powder. Often blackheads and whiteheads dry up and become hardened bumps. Do not try to scratch them off as this will cause permanent scars. Apply lemon juice and honey on the black heads daily to make them soft. Within a few days, they will come off naturally.

It is not clear what kind of red dots in the skin that you are talking about, but it seems it is somehow associated with acne. The pimples on your skin however can be treated with a variety of easy home remedies and a careful diet. Apply a mixture of Aloe Vera gel and tea tree oil to keep your skin problem free. Use dried and crushed orange peel as a scrub to unclog your pores. Other remedies mentioned for black heads and white heads should also work for treating acne. As per your diet, make sure that you include vitamin A- (commonly found in carrots, broccoli, and spinach) and zinc-rich (commonly found in nuts, seeds, and grains) foods along with fibrous vegetables and fresh fruits. You can also take vitamin supplements and Zinc supplements. If your diet is low in fiber, soak a spoon of psyllium husk in a glass of warm water. Have this at least twice a day to meet your body's fiber needs. As far as possible, try and avoid the following foods - processed foods, spicy or oily foods, foods containing saturated fats, caffeinated drinks, and alcohol. Finally it is also important that you drink plenty of water throughout the day so that the toxins formed in your body are flushed out and your skin remains fresh-looking.
