Measures to take care of white spots on the back

I have a patch of white spotting on my back, don't know if its because of the sun but it doesn't hurts or itch but is spreading. Anything I could do for the spots other than going to the hospital?

For white spots that have appeared suddenly on your back, there is absolutely no need for you to go to the hospital. A simple medical check up by a regular physician will suffice. But before you begin doing anything, it is certainly advisable for you to visit a doctor and get a medical opinion on what exactly these white spots could be. It is hardly likely that they represent a disease into themselves. It is mort possible that they could be a symptom of many things. It could be that you are allergic to the sun. Sometimes, an allergy to sunlight manifests itself in this form. This can be particularly true if you spend a lot of time out of doors with your top taken off and your bare back exposed directly to the sun. If this is the case, you can take preventive measures to take care of the problem. This will be more effective than anything else. Start making it a point to apply sunscreen each time you head out. This will take care of the sensitivity of your skin to a large extent. To take care of the spots that have erupted, you can also apply buttermilk to them. This is an effective way of taking care of the removal of these spots.

White spots can also be indicative of the onset of leucoderma. Also known as vitilgo, this disease is also commonly called the white patch disease colloquially. For most part, this is a hereditary disease. You should find out if it runs in your family. If so, then you can start taking simple precautions about the problem. The first thing is to stop eating sour foods, which aggravate the spread of the patches. Medically white patches are also caused due to liver problems. You should start taking care of your liver if you are suffering from white patches. Make it a point to avoid heavy work, as this will always aggravate any liver problem. Alcohol is an absolute no-no and must be completely eliminated from your diet altogether. Increase your intake of radish, which is known as a natural liver cleaner and healer. This will help to take the problem away from the roots. If your white patches do not represent any of the problems mentioned above, then it is essential you get an accurate medical diagnosis before you actually go about trying to find natural ways to resolve it.
