The problem you have described may or may not be piles. You would have to address a few questions before you can come up with a conclusive answer for this. The first thing is why this pimple came about. If you have had trouble regarding your stools in the recent past, then this could very well be piles. If you have been having excessively spicy food, this could also be a heat boil that has erupted in an extremely uncomfortable place. If you are bleeding constantly each time you have a bowel movement you need to examine if this is the boil bursting and erupting each time. If this is the case, then you should get a medical examination at once. It is better to take strong medication such as antibiotics and take care of the problem for now rather than suffer any further complications such as an infection later one. This is very highly possible, because the area tends to remain damp and is dark. This is the ideal spot for bacteria to fester in the folds of skin of your anus.

Sometimes, extremely hard bowels can also lead to a rupturing of the nerve endings around the rectal area. This feels like little lumps have formed. However, it may not necessarily be the case. These are called hemorrhoids. There are some simple remedial measures you can take to cure this problem. The first thing to do is alter your eating habits so that you are consuming large quantities of fiber. This would mean eating large amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut back on carbohydrates and bakery goods that are made with flour. These as well as processed foods will always have a natural tendency to harden your stools and adding to your discomfort. Alternately, you can also start taking a stool softener such as milk of magnesia at night. This will be very beneficial and will soften your stools considerably so that you have relief from the pain. In order to help with healing, you should also apply antiseptic cream or liquid to your entire anal area each night before bedtime. This will go a long way in healing your body. During the day, especially after a bath, you can apply cream or oil to your anus. You can also use your fingers to gently rub some oil or cream in the rectal area. This will facilitate your stools to a large extent.
