Gray hair diet

For graying hair,please tell me how much of the following is needed - Iron, Copper, Zinc, Iodine, Choline, Pantothenic Acid.Thank you!

Gray hair diet 

Grey hair is a part and parcel of the natural aging process. Depending upon what age you are, you can try some home remedies to arrest the growth of grey hairs. Please note that if your hair is turning grey after the age of 35, you cannot do much to stop this as it is part of a natural process. If you are greying before this age, then you are greying prematurely. This can be because of excessive intake of tea, alcohol, meat, caffeine, and sour, greasy, oily, fried, spicy, and acidic foods, all of which contribute toward reducing moisture and nutrients reaching hair follicles. Sometimes, this could also be because of heredity, a situation in which you can do absolutely nothing.

You would need to boost your intake of all the things you have mentioned in your question. Copper, iron and zinc in particular will have a positive impact in avoiding an abundance of grey hair. The body's natural hair dye is called melanin, and its production may drop due to a lack of copper in the body. In order to compensate for this, you must eat foods like crabs, oysters, sunflower seeds, cashews and almonds. Sea food provides iron and iodine, both of which are generally good for your health. Carrots contain beta carotene, which is essential for good hair growth. You must eat at least about five a day.
